• Checking the daily time sheet of project site workers and making monthly time sheets based on the daily time sheet.
• Renting car for the company employees and follow-up the expiration date of rented car and renew them if needed.
• Making file for HR department and filling all document in the right location.
• Typing the contract as per instruction of General Manager.
• Follow-up all company registration papers (Gosi, Jakat, Chamber of Commerce, Sagia, and Ministry of Labor).
