Producing project cost analysis and Bill of Quantities
to be submitted within bid tender package;
Producing weekly site progress reports and project
timeline schedules;
Coordinating various aspects between site status and
Client’s change requests and variation orders;
Conducting client progress meetings and communicate
as Client-key personnel;
Performing cost estimation for biding submission,
including quotation requests from suppliers and sub-
contractors;
Producing shop drawings and as-built design drawings;
Producing interior design packages, including furniture
design, finishing detail drawings, MEP layouts, and
material selection;
Major Projects: Nike, Sun and Sand Sports,
Underarmour, Rare, X-Cite Electronics, Crust Corner,
Experienced in various construction projects including fit-out and turnkey commercial
projects such as, fast food chain restaurants, fine dining, retail, offices, and residential. Gained knowledge on
implementing architectural, MEP, and interior design drawings, including producing Bill of Quantities, submitting
proposals, site progress reports, and quantity survey.
