- Responsible for the employees work performance, quality, attendance, teaching, learning.
- Coaching the employees and implementing the instructions, procedures and rules we have in the company to assure the proper workflow and the highest percentage of the Team’s performance.

I have worked as a Waiter and got to know some basics of how to serve in a great manner, and the basics of customer service.
My role was basically selling food supplies, conducting sales negotiations with other dealers in order to get
the best offer.
