Outside tasks
• The key task in dealing with resellers is to keep good relation with current Re-sellers by:
o Following up with them
o Give them some leads from time to time
o Work with them hardly in end user site
o Getting approval for additional discount if needed to avoid losing of any deal to competitors
o Protect their business.
• Build new Channels.
• Open markets in new cities in my region.
• Pushing re-sellers to achieve their target.
Inside tasks

• Preparing accurate pipeline and updating.
• Following up the collection
• Achieve higher margin
Vendors
• Update my knowledge about the new( products / Generations )
• Reporting on time
• Ask support when I need their intervention
• Attend all events and invite the reseller to do
• Clarification the markets need ( promotions/ offers )
