Planning, scheduling and execution of Electrical maintenance activities on assets, achieving maximum efficiency and safety at minimal cost and with minimum disruption to hydrocarbon production and export. Provision of breakdown and corrective Electrical maintenance.
- Ensuring the electrical distribution system is maintained and in a safe working condition, operated within the design parameters
- Ensuring a safe place of work by complying with Permit to Work (PTW) system and safe working procedures
- Manage and identify all consumables and spares for electrical discipline
- Respond effectively to all emergencies ensuring minimal impact on People, Environment, Asset and Reputation.
- Ensure target availability and technical integrity of assets.
- Coordination of campaign maintenance delivery with corporate Electrical maintenance team.
- Management of Electrical maintenance resources, ensure appropriate structured coaching, competence and development.
- Preparing material and labor estimates.
- Dedicated Electrical maintenance contracts provision and supervision.
- Monitor Electrical activities and budget performance in asset team ensuring that agreed KPI’s are not compromised.
- Manage Electrical maintenance staff and activities compliance with HSSE requirements
- ensure incidents are reported, investigated and remedial actions implemented.
- Identify improvement requirements to facilities /process.
- Ensure efficiency and reliability of power generation, Electrical Drives and Electrical Network system facilities.
- Provide integrity system requirements, including statutory inspection plans.
- Effective management of Electrical maintenance human resources within the team.
- HSSE compliance of Electrical maintenance staff
Projects:
Preparation and execution of planed turnarounds, order required spare parts, request through purchase requisition raised in SAP system services from required vendors, daily execution plan preparation, provide manpower organization, supervision, provide and assist vendors to Complete shutdown maintenance on time, prepare the Turnaround Isolation philosophy.

•Perform electrical maintenance, fault diagnostics, repair and modification activities to provide optimal availability, reliability and cost optimization whilst ensuring that the highest safety and environmental
•Assist with electrical technician competency development by performing regular on the job training and mentoring of electrical technicians as instructed by the Electrical Supervisor
•Supervise contract labor so as to ensure safe and effective implementation of daily
duties.
•Establish scope of work clearly (briefings, toolbox talks, presentations.)
•Establish effective relationships with colleagues and subcontractors.
•EX inspector and SAEP on onshore and offshore, responsible for highlighting defective electrical apparatus, plan the necessary replacement and compilation of EX register
•Completes preventive, corrective maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical equipment including 230V, 400V switchboards and 11KV, 30 KV switchgear.
•carry out skilled maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs of various types of Electrical Equipment, such as, Main Power Generators, Emergency Generators, HV/LV switchboards, HV/LV motors and associated control gears, UPS Inverter and Pedestal cranes, Navigational aids, Batteries and battery chargers, normal and emergency lighting, Fire and Safety equipment, Escape capsules etc. installed on Production stations
•Coaching and authorization evaluation of electrical technicians ensuring their capability to carry out the safe HV and LV isolations, troubleshooting above the required minimum standard
•Responsible to meet asset integrity KPI’s at the expectable level and being met as per the standard, optimize operational activities by critically evaluation maintenance practices
•Order the required spare parts and give final technical approval prior receiving the goods
•Attend to emergency callouts outside working hours
•Experience in safe low, medium, and high-voltage electrical isolation procedures including 400 v, 3.3 kV, and 33 kV systems.
•Experience of working in Hazardous Classified areas such as Class 1 div I and II or Ex Zones 1, 2 and 3.
•experience working with SOLAR gas turbine generator TT4000 and Allen Bradley / Rockwell ControlLogix control systems.
•Maintain and repair of all Hasdrubal electrical equipment:
