Calling potential clients and arranging meetings for them with the sales manager after explaining the project details and persuading them to invest in UK.

Responsible for receiving calls from current clients and representing midpoint between them and the administration.
Follow up with current clients on their Title Deed progress.
Translating English newsletters about Real Estate in UK and sending them to the current clients through e-mails. Sending SMS as well to them about new projects and exhibitions.

Translating reports, presentations and brochures from English to Arabic.
Training sales team and call agents on using CRM system and on phone calls.
Responsible of adjusting the CRM system to match the needs of the sales teams and their supervisors by constantly contacting the IT manager in UK.
