Key achievements:

Gained & Maintained Client Trust and Relation: In a short term, I managed to solve the conflict and build a strong trusted relationship with my accounts. I was given extra internal project at the client to manage and run efficiently.

Works well with a team: Currently I am acting as a focal point between AlSayegh Media and my clients and working with AlSayegh Media different teams to review & ensure delivery of top quality work successfully and on time (Publice Relations, Social Media, Digital, Creative, Events, Video .. etc.)

Problem Solving: I managed to solve a long happening issue where client was not willing to pay retainer bills due to shortage in promised deliverables. Negotiations, agreements & offers were made and the client was pleased and the invoices were paid and deliverables are achieved since then

Social Media Management: I have been heavily involved with Client’s Social Media Accounts and Manage Editorial Calendar and generates interesting and compelling content.

Working under tight deadline: The media environment is fast paced and is always under pressure to produce high quality of work under extremely tight deadlines. I managed to quickly coordinate with X partners to provide the right people from different society groups to shoot 4 videos for an event. Managed to successfully shoot and script in a week 4 different stories.

Key achievements:

Efficient & Quick High Quality of work: Gained a reputation of being efficient and quick at my work tasks. I was then demanded by marketing department to help with their press releases and promotions content and built an evaluation survey to be sent to customers. I was even asked to work on Legal content translation to Arabic under tight deadlines.

Working under tight deadline: Qatar Airways new website content had a set deadline. I managed to translate English to Arabic and assure consistency between both languages on time. I was then given the task of reviewing the site functionality and report deficiencies to main developers.

Impressed Qatar Airways: Shortly after joining QA on a Contract base, I have been interviewed to join Qatar Airways for a fulltime post in the segment I prefer.

• Edit and manage communications and graphical content of IBQ’s website

Key achievements:

Efficient with little or no supervision: After working for one week, I received a handover from the Head of Corporate Communications to start development on IBQ’s Islamic website from scratch while the manager went on a 3 week leave. My work was always completed on time for submission for approval.

Works well with a team: I was also being utilized by the Marketing and Advertising team working together in creation of new product promotions and graphic designs.

Impressive & quick: Two months after my contract expired I was called in for a full time post to handle Corporate Communications department operations with the new Head of Department.

Strategy Study of Social Media: Was assigned to research and create a study for IBQ on whether to go on Social Media (Facebook, YouTube etc.). This was later presented by the Head of Corporate Communications to the C-Level Managers. Research on IBQ comments on blogs and national Qatari sites to monitor people feedback and ensure accuracy of the information published by others. Managed to find few FB accounts that were created by non IBQ and IBQ personnel, the users were chased and asked to close the accounts to protect the Bank reputation and ensure data was posted by trusted personnel.

Search Engine Optimization: IBQ Arabic site has been updated accordingly

• Revenue Increase: I quickly gained the reputation of being a fast learner & efficient engineer. Selected as the only engineer to start working for Merak* (Petroleum Economics suite) solutions. Managed to quickly grow the Merak* Business in Abu Dhabi, with a demo & a pilot project at National Oil Companies & other projects with International Oil Companies. As the business expanded it was deemed necessary to expand the team.

• Gained & Maintained Client Trust and Relation: Due to the aggressive nature of one of the Int. Oil Company’s IT manager, the account could not be handed to anybody else but me. Despite the toughness of the situation I was able to handle it with no hiccups and gained his trust. The relation got better and sales revenue was generated from this client.

• Quality of work: Sent to a client location abroad (New Delhi, India) on my own to complete a project that was on hold for over 8 months and managed to go down for a week to implement & run it. My work was of high quality and the location received a recommendation letter from the client who is still in business with SIS Abu Dhabi.

• Created & maintained a long awaited opportunity: The National Oil Company in Qatar was divided into 3 separate fields, one of which was the only field not using the Schlumberger technology like the other two. After a long processes of effective meetings with key contacts and bringing Schlumberger consultants in and out of Doha, I managed to bring together the fields and create synergy between them closed a $3 million deal.
