My duties for this position occupied as described as the following:

Arrange the Banqueting Booking in Opera system
Answering the banqueting events inquires
Preparing the Function sheet for the Events (Weddings, Conferences, Exhibitions Etc)
Preparing the Daily Events report
Preparing the Casual and staff attendance reports and monthly payroll
Closing checks in Micros, and preparing the Store requests
Sending proposals and contracts for the functions .
