Product Marketing in the mobile department, responsible of securing a successful partners marketing plans, BTL&ATL campaigns along with retail enhancement programs from retail and channel background.
Role Overview:
Manage the overall retention, training and development for over 100 retail merchandising employees in the mobile phones team covering four countries (Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine and Iraq). Overlooking the employees KPI and objective setting, training needs assessment, conduct training, periodic evaluation, attendance monitoring, bonus scheme and salaries and overtime calculation. In addition, working with the marketing team on analysing and reporting all related retail market activity.
Role Overview:
Manage the recruitment process for multiple companies based on their requirements and need assessment. Worked closely with clients (Companies requesting talent) and maintained a portfolio of matching candidates. Conducted needs assessment, interviews, provided referrals, maintained and updated talent database, and, helped increase market share and sales for Akhtaboot.
Role Overview:
Responsible for planning and organising all types of events and conferences in coordination with all departments within the hotel and various functions. Responsible for communication and negotiation with vendors, customers and internal staff, scheduling and organising staff rosters, training and preparing wait staff for each event including monitoring their appearance and uniforms.
