During my internship as a Receptionist in the Food and Beverage Department at Mount Sea Resort, I welcomed and assisted guests, handled inquiries and reservations, and ensured they received excellent customer service. I also performed administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing documents, and coordinating with different departments to support daily operations. Throughout my internship, I consistently handled guest concerns professionally and worked to provide prompt and effective solutions, contributing to a positive guest experience. This experience helped me strengthen my communication, customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, and administrative skills while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
