As a Studio Coordinator for Gensler Abu Dhabi and Dubai studios, I
work closely with colleagues in order to maintain the smooth running of
the studio, across the office-wide shared services of Admin, Facilities Management, Human Recourses and Health and Safety.
At The Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (The NFIA is part of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs based at The Dutch consulate in Dubai. The NFIA helps local companies with setting up an operation in the Netherlands) reporting to: Executive Director. Offering full support to the Executive director, office
management& project assistant
• Extensive diary management: Manage, coordinate and maintain
the calendar of the Executive director including appointments,
meetings and travel within the MENA region
• Travel management: ticket, logistics, visa, hotel, car rental
• Submit travel expense claim forms, personal expenses,
miscellaneous bills as per rules & regulations and quarterly VAT
claims
• Handling yearly renewal online subscription
• Working with a CRM program to manage the database and filing
systems
• Responsible about the budget & expense report
• Organizing events, round table and receptions (e.g.: GITEX,
Queens’s visit, seminars etc.)
• Create reports/research of prospect companies within the MENA
region upon request
• Lead follow up -following up with companies/leads based in
(MENA) till the project is fulfilled
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and
managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets,
flyers, posters, & e-newsletters within brand guidelines
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the
newspapers, magazines and trade press
Offering full support to the Executive director, office
management& project assistant
• Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of the Executive
director including appointments, meetings and travel within the
MENA region.

• Creating & managing the full program for the delegations coming
from the Netherlands
• Working with a CRM program to manage the database and filing
systems
• Responsible about the budget & expense report
• Organizing events, round table and receptions
• Create reports/research of prospect companies within the MENA
region upon request
• Lead follow up -following up with companies/leads based in
(MENA) till the project is fulfilled
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and
managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets,
flyers, posters, & e-newsletters within brand guidelines
• Manage day-to-day activities of Social Media platforms
(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn; others)
