- Manage a central area in the project, reaching 10 buildings at once (CCR, Electrical B, Main Station ...etc.);
- Supervise more than 100 to 150 Collaborators on designated areas;
- Arrange subcontractor meetings for detected abnormalities which resulted on improving site working conditions and increasing performance;
- Communicate with higher management and coordinate with other departments and client on quality measures using different channels and tools, one of them is the internal document of SCAR (Security Corrective Action Report);
