My role for MASAR Smart City Project involves leading the designing, coordinating and supervising implementation and construction work of all ELV /ICT & IOT systems in accordance with established international standards.
Coordination with other disciplines like MEP, Civil, Data Center consultants, IT Systems & Network Consultants, Contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design, review, and implementation of all ELV functions and discipline required for the project.
Attending and chairing client/ contractor meetings and liaise with others for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties.
Review and validating ELV Systems designs developed by third parties and report findings. Managing the overall design process and its activities and coordinate with designers and engineering experts to produce optimum design and meet target availability and performance objectives within the approved budget, schedule and program specifications

Design management of Data Centre and Enhancement of the special and Smart Systems for King Abdulaziz Road Project Smart City Project (now called MASAR) in Makkah Saudi Arabia.

• Managing the preparation of strategic and operational plans for ICT and ELV Systems with Engineers to ensure that all ICT Systems are in place to meet the requirements of the client as per the Projects requirement
• Review design reports, drawings, specifications, and contract documents and Prepare Design Review Reports during the design phase of the project
• Suggestion to improve the efficiency of the designs in terms of performance, cost and sustainability. Reply to technical RFIs raised by the Engineers of the project and advice the client on discipline related issues during the design phase of the project
• Attending technical meetings with the Engineers, client, operator, local authorities and specialized system vendors and offering expert opinion/advice.
• Reviewing and comment on the final design/tender documents before they are issued for tender and ensure that these meet the client’s design intend and expectations and ensure that the Engineer of the project has included all contract deliverables for the contractors to prepare a comprehensive and accurate tender for the project.
• Reviewing technical submittals, construction drawings and advice on technical and contractual RFIs related to the mechanical systems during construction.
• Representing the client during the construction phase and attend project construction site meetings and prepare reports or advice the client and contractor on technical issues.
• Monitoring the construction phase in terms progress, quality of installation, adherence to the contract drawings and specifications and coordinate with the Engineer for all issues related to the systems/installation. Prepare quality assurance reports related to the mechanical installation to the Project Director
• Preparing reports to the Project Director with regards to the progress, quality of installation and adherence to the contract drawings, specifications and conditions of the mechanical works.

The Abu Dhabi Central Market redevelopment is a mixed-used project located in the Central Business District of the Emirate city. The Central Market Project consists of a complex of three skyscrapers, one super tall, that are under construction in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the three towers was scheduled to end in 2010 and a total project completion date of 2014, including the Emporium and The Souk and the four star Marriot Courtyard Hotel and five star Marriot Renaissance hotel. Located in the heart of downtown Abu Dhabi, is a mixed use redevelopment scheme, incorporating luxury apartments, and an Arabian souk, alongside retail, office, leisure, and entertainment facilities. With a total area of 64, 264 sqm, the development has three towers that house an 88 storey residential tower, a 58 storey office tower, and a five star hotel with 250 rooms and 200 serviced apartments. Responsibilities are; Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities for installation of Access Control using Cat6 under passive network, CCTV system, Car Park management system & Car Guide management system. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project within the time. Reviews deliverables prepared by the subcontractors before passing to client. Reply and reviews all the corresponding from the subcontractors, main contractor & client. Reviewing Day to day subcontractors designs, materials submittals, approvals (consultant & Authorities)

• Managing a team of ELV engineers proficient in ELV systems and on-site building practices
• Responsible for the IT, Telecom, ELV, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client's approval.
