As a Group Tax consultant, i am responsible to ensure the compliance of VAT law and ensure the correctness and completeness of filed VAT returns across the group level.
Along with i am responsible to prepare strategies and controls on a group level and execution of SOP's on all sister companies. Providing training to all finance staff of all group companies. Strategizing to CFO to minimize Tax liability. Direct reporting to CFO for all Tax matters
and conducting research on Tax laws, to ensure the compliance and correct
practice as per law.
Additionally attending meetings with clients to resolve the contractual disputes on VAT issues.
o Established and maintained an effective system for analyzing and reporting
o I prepared monthly budgets for office, forecasts and plans Tasks management
