-Tracking and steering sales of engineering products in coordination with sales manager, Develop necessary strategies and make decisions that ensure targets are being met
-Handling of all technical and engineering support, designs and take offs for projects through team coordination and organization
-Develop new engineering services according to market trends and customer demands
-Direct responsibility of management and development for all field and specification engineers, set targets and standards. Ensure planning and reporting as per DEE (Disciplined Engineering Execution) standards
-Train and coach field engineers, specification engineers and KPM’s on engineering products, seminars, successful presentations, follow up and management
-Define and maintain all engineering processes, ensure right implementation for all processes by target groups
-Overseeing and developing working standards and engineering services
-Consultants’ database management on local ERP system, take the lead on engineering campaigns as per MCC (Marketing Competence Center) communications
-Coaching and reviewing work of all engineers outside direct management such as sales engineers and KPM’s
-Responsible for training of all new engineering, sales and CSR candidates in fastening and protection products and cladding systems
-Actively participate in Strategic Projects as required
-Take full responsibility for all company equipment assigned to engineering department

-Plans, organizes and executes regular technical seminars for the clients and the sales team
-Develops and maintains good customer rapport and positive company image within the assigned area of responsibility
-Monitors and keeps track of construction projects progress beginning with design stages down to final handover in coordination with the field sales manager
