1. The primary responsibility of my role is to increase Bayt.com‘s product portfolio per customer and to maintain the highest level of customers’ loyalty
2. Maintaining and grow transactions and revenue volumes from assigned database of customers
3. Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service
4. Effectively managing the growth of assigned customers through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
5. Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
6. Giving online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.

9. Initiate primarily telephonic outbound calls to my assigned database in order to meet them in person
10. Effectively qualifying through Recruitment Needs Analysis; using value-based selling
11. Explaining products or services and prices, and create solutions.
12. Recording names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of customers contacted into CRM.
13. Managing growth of customer’s business by developing them to be loyal customers of Bayt.com
14. Accurately using CRM for sales processing; keeping comprehensive, accurate notes in CRM, preparing forms or agreements to complete sales.
1. Initiate, develop and manage strong business relationship with assigned list of Clients.
2. Expand Clients awareness through market research, events, exhibitions, round tables and etc.
2. Plan, develop and produce events strategically for business initiatives. Liaise and communicate participation and awareness of these events through different channels.
3. Act as liaison to produce PR and Marketing materials for Kuwait Office.
4. Support the Country Manager in the selection/design of exhibition stand, event venues, facilities and services.
5. Conceive and develop creative solutions to enhance and expand service offerings to meet the changing needs of the market.

3. To make sure to contact all customers that their service are going to expire within a month and to explain for them the new offers and try the best to place a new order for them.

A. Being able to corporate with the PR, R&D and the marketing department in order to put new programs ideas from the new TV channels (QADSAWI)
B. Playing a main role in designing the launch campaign of the new TV channel, and to make all the communication needed with empathies and government to ensure to have the best launch campaign.
C. Visit external and potential customers and give them a professional presentation about the new TV channel and explain how they can considered as a potential customers
D. Helping the finance department in establish the rate carts
E. Making many market research on many different topics such as, Social Media advertising and the consummation of different different advertisement styles and how it is reflected on Sales percentages, and to put all of this in PP presentation and financial statements such as Balance sheet and P/L statement
