Conducted DXB CIT Operation seamlessly involving on an average over 1700 services a day effectively, efficiently and to the entire satisfaction of all clients and higher management.

Planning, coordination and management of all CIT Operations and Staff

Responsibilities:
To maintain, supervise & manage a Fleet of over 250 armored cash vans operating 24/7 basis across U.A.E
Ensure that all vehicles are kept mechanically maintained and RTA regulations are adhered to; including annual passing, registration, Logo approvals etc.
Ensuring vehicles are kept in line with the governing authorities regulations- All issues related to PSBD/DPS and C- Track are dealt by the Fleet Manager with advise from the Directors of Cash Services..
Budgeting for costs with regards to purchase of new vehicles in line with the new & organic business needs, repairs, maintenance and projects.
To ensure maximum Fleet usage throughout day to day operation with minimal downtime periods due to breakdown.
Ensuring vehicle security is kept to a high standard and arranging repair for all in-vehicle security modifications.
Head-up & manage a team of internal Fleet Supervisors, Maintenance Assistants who will ensure the correct control of vehicle movement on a 24/7 basis as well as ensuring vehicle cleanliness and general appearance is kept in good condition.
Head-up project related issues such as Armoring, Camera installation/ Engineering and vehicle tracking systems in line with the governing authority’s specifications.
To ensure all vehicle accidents are investigated and necessary action is taken against drivers and chase up repair work against a valid Police Report.
To work closely with the Security Department to ensure security SOPs are adhered to as well as monitoring driver behavior and investigate vehicle abuse.
Use of Fleet Management Software to tackle Fleet inefficiencies, streamline processes, improve performance, increase Fleet utilization and reduce Fleet cost.
