• Review & check Material Submittals & Shop drawings compliance with project specification & Design Drawing.
• Review project contract documents & monitor contractors Quality Control & Quality Assurance regarding Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting & HVAC construction activities to ensure compliance, Inspect using visual observations & mechanical testing equipments.
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system Air cooled & water cooled Chillers, FAHU’s, AHU’s, FCU’s, Extract & supply air Fans, primary, secondary & make up water Pumps, Plate Heat Exchangers as per specifications, standards & manufacturers recommendations.
• Installation, Inspection & Hydro testing of chilled water piping’s. (Pipes welded & grooved coupling joints.)
• Installation, Inspection & Testing of supply air ducts, fresh air ducts, extract air ducts, smoke air ducts, VCD’S, motorized smoke dampers, fire dampers as per NFPA & ASHEA standards.
• Installation, Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Fighting system as per Civil Defence & standards.
• Ensure the installation, Inspection & Testing of Fire Fighting Pumps(Electric Operated, Diesel Operated & Jockey Pumps) zone control valves, supervisory valves, galvanized pipe with grooved coupling/threaded joints, Hose Reels, Fire Hydrant & Breaching Inlet.
• Installation of plumbing/drainage and pumping station system in buildings.
• Inspect the material and equipments as applicable to ensure compliance with project requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at facilities and/or construction site.
• Ensure Inspection, installation, hydro testing & commissioning of plumbing pipes as per manufacturer recommendations and standards.(copper, upvc, PPR)
• Review MEP coordination drawing.
• Preparing weekly & monthly progress report as per actual progress at site.
