Leading a team of schedulers, cost controls and risk analyst to enable the successful delivery of largest project in
California and one of the most complex and challenging projects in the USA.

Responsibilities include building cost and resources loaded schedule for large infrastructure program, establishing processes
for schedule control, change control and cost control using earned value management system.
* Developed detailed project controls requirement which was included into the LDC (lead design consultant) RFP,
reviewed LDC tender documents, and participated in the LDC selection process.
* Brought project managers and delivery team together in a series of workshop to further develop the master
schedule incorporating revised client requirements and ensuring everyone is in agreement on how the program will
be delivered.
* Arranged a baseline review workshop with the client to ensure schedule developed is clearly understood and
accepted.
* Developed change control process and presented it to the design and delivery teams to ensure adherence to the
process.
* Developed and presented schedule management system for inclusion into the project management plan.
* Cost loaded the master schedule and produced cash flow report to enable client to establish funding requirements.
* Calculated earned value, SPI and CPI to give management clear understanding of the performance of the project.
* Reviewed consultants schedules to establish cost loaded schedules consistent with the baseline master schedule.

Working closely with international consultants, contractors and client to develop CPM master programme ensuring design is
fully coordinated, establish a baseline to monitor and control progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
* Reviewed consultants and contractors programmes and developed CPM master programme for $3.0 Billion
development, coordinating with international consultants and contractor to identify interfaces.
* Produced EV reports including SPI and CPI, forecasted CTC (Cost To Complete) and presented progress to senior
management.
* Identified risk and developed risk register.
* Produced cash flow reports and built what if scenarios based on revised budget for management decisions.
* Provided necessary documentation for due diligence package for bank loan and developed closeout report.
Worked closely with contractors, consultants and clients to develop a master schedule and establish processes and
standardization.
* Developed CPM master schedule for Global Village, coordinating with 6 contractors to identify interfaces and
ensure compliance with schedule.
* Assessed actual progress against planned, identified potential deficiencies, alerted client and project team of
potential delays, recommended corrective action and managed client expectations.
* Provided support in reconciliation of impacts of proposed design changes on schedule and cost.
* Conduct delay analysis to assess contractors claims and provide recommendation.
Worked with three Iraqi ministries building their PMO offices, set up systems and processes to manage large programmes
and led engineers through the process of planning and building CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules for large complex
projects using Primavera 5.0.
* Performed earned value calculations, set up baselines to measure planned value cost, CPI (Cost Performance
Index) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index) against actual total and cost.
* Forecasted estimate at completion and analyzed contractors schedule to alert project managers of potential budget
and schedule slippage on cost plus contracts for $300 and $200 Million projects.
* Worked with contracting officers and contractors to ensure compliance with terms of the contract.
* Set up and produced management reports to assist managers in making informed decisions.
* Built and managed a resource and cost loaded schedule for the CDP (Capacity Development Programme) to track,
report, analyze and forecast estimate at completion for $11 Million capacity development programme.

* Developed a process, structure and trained engineers on the use of Primavera 5.0.
* Led engineers through the process of planning and building resource loaded CPM schedules for water and
wastewater treatment plants and reclamation projects using Primavera 5.0.
* Worked with senior management to create project teams, developed training programme, process, structure and
trained engineers on all aspects of Project management with focus on the use of tools including Primavera 5.0.
Established control process for $800 Million Rapid Contracting Programme consisting of 200 feeder projects.
* Worked with client to define scope, establish projects priorities and identify dependencies with other projects.
* Planned and built schedules for 200 feeder projects using Primavera P3ec.
* Established a control process and led a group of four engineers to ensure contractors compliance with standards
and ensure on time completion.
* Coordinated with contracting officers to ensure complete scope of work, IGE (Independent Government Estimate)
and maps are incorporated into bid package.
* Attended Pre construction meetings with contractors and GRD (Gulf Region Division) to identify reporting
requirement and ensure accurate information are provided on timely basis.
* Conducted site assessments to record damage and establish requirements to ensure accurate scope of work.
* Managed Maximo database with 560 projects total of $5.4 Billion for the Electricity sector.

Led international matrix team to produce technology roadmaps and master programmes used to manage customer system
transition planning programme.
* Built resource and cost loaded master programme for IBM large accounts.
* Continually assessed programme performance, tracked progress, ensured milestones are met, prepared EV and
cash flow reports and presented programme status and progress to senior executives.
* Defined roles and responsibilities of extended team establishing accountability and ensuring process and timelines
are being followed, resulting in smooth programme execution while assuring high quality deliverables.
* Worked with legal department to ensure legal requirement are satisfied.
* Developed appropriate education materials and trained large and global account reps to ensure thorough
understanding of process and adherence to guidelines.
* Reengineered transition programme enabling successful product transition of our large account reps.
Developed and implemented Computer Integrated Manufacturing system which transformed manual operation of medium
size manufacturer to fully automated build-to-order operations implementing Just-in-Time (JIT)
