• Egis Group representative and coordinator for innovation and smart technology projects in the Middle East.
• Team leader and coordinator for Egis’ innovative “5G Road” concept.
• Providing Consultancy service for Etihad Rail project for the integrated management system implementation.
• Manage and negotiate all contracts with different developers and suppliers
• Responsible for software and system developments in Egis (Wasla, Projacs Academy System, and ProMIS(HR)), upgrades, audit, and support.
• Successfully manage and audit IT development teams and with different process and methodologies.
• Analyze business process and gather client and stakeholders requirements and propose the suitable IT systems, and accordingly suitable Development methodology.
• Deliver business plans and strategies for the management about the IT Solutions department progress.
• Prepare sales and business development plans for Projacs’ different solutions: Systems, BIM services, and Innovation services.
• Increase organization’s systems and solutions efficiency by research and deploy new market technologies.
• Achieve successful sale deals for our document and project control system (Wasla) through conducting presentations and meetings with potential clients.

• Plan and develop the Project and Document Management Control System (PMCS).
• Analyze data and process models submitted by the developers for the Wasla.
• Perform data analysis, testing, debugging, audits, disaster recovery, and problem resolution.
• Setup and implement the Project Management Control System within Projects in all different regions.
• Participate and coordinate with the operator’s IT staff to set up the hardware and software systems required to implement and manage the project control system.
• Assist in establishing rules and processes to collect, verify, and enter project data into Wasla, and ProMIS(HR).
• Provides training to staff in collecting and entering Project Data into the Project Control system
• Prepare reports based on data available in Wasla.
• Manage and follow-up all Wasla related activities on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide Full IT Support in different Projects for users having problems using computers software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software such as Expedition, Microsoft Office, printing, internet, or operating system.
• Provide Full IT Support for main Office
• Installation of computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Conduct office automation feasibility studies, including work flow analysis, space design, and cost comparison analysis.
• System administrator (Primavera Expedition, Network) for the main office and different projects.
• Train users on hardware/software
• Manage software and hardware insurance certificates and warranties.
• Call/Contact software and hardware vendors to request service or information regarding defective products.
