Take responsibility for all the SCJ equipment for service and repair using standard SOPs.
•Ensure a centralized program assets register is maintained, issued with unique assets number and ID cards, and tracked throughout with the programs.
•Provided the monthly report in correct timely manner.
•Monitor storage and issue of transit centralized stocks and ensuring the re-allocation emergency stocks and tracking the distribution.
•Ensure management of vehicle fleet is in line with appropriate standards and develop a daily and weekly movement plan with programs
•Be responsible for all warehouse operations, including the shipping and receiving of deliveries
•Manage and coordinate the process of packing the school bags with the suppliers.
•Manage and train the Warehouse Assistants and the Warehouse Coordinators and guide them in their work and giving them instructions.
•Coordinate the numbers of the supplies needed and determine when and Produce periodic reports to the Host Communities Officer and UNICEF.
•Oversee the process of procurement

Developing and enhancing relationships with existing clients and recruiting new clients following up on products availability at their outlets. Through field visits.
