MANAGING AND SUPERVISE ALL STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION SITE UPTO HANDING OVER WITH RESPECT OF BUDGET AND PLAN AND SPECIFICATION
1 .Leading and supervising of All Construction Works
2. Checking material submitting and verification as per required specs in the contract documents
3. Make sure that all activity items are done as per specs and approved chop drawings and time schedule
4. Managing and coordinate all constructions related services such as MEP works
5. Control of monthly contractors evaluations as per approved BOQ
SITE INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED DRAWINGS AND REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS
supervison all civil &finishing work for dubai international airport (part of project) and following up the sites engineer &forman taff and productivity (progress) folowing up stucture drowing and submittal to approval
FOLLOW UP CM WEEKLY / MONTHLY PROGRAM TO ACHIEVE THE FRAME TIME OF PRODUCTION
