* Provide 24x7 Level 2 Onsite support to all IT related incidents, problems and requests. Extended support to patient care clinical IT devices.
* Virtualized infrastructure with single sign on provides enhanced user experience to access VDI desktop and its application.
* Support End-User-Device’s and resolve service request and incidents received via IBM Tivoli
ticketing tool.
* Support and troubleshoot an elaborate VDI environment from an end user perspective.
* Handle daily technical support activities for Networks and associated devices.
* Setup AIO’s (All-In-One), Embedded Touch PC’s, WOW (Workstation on Wheels) machines and peripherals like Intermec Barcode Scanner, Code barcode scanner, Follow me Printers
and test network connections.
* Install and test desktop software applications like Epic, Mawared, LMS, VMWare (VDI)
and test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.
* Deploying new equipment’s like Vocera communication systems, Zebra printers, SSO
(Single Sign On) for IBM, NUC (Next Unit of Computing), Telemetry Monitor etc
As a Messaging & Infrastructure Sr.Technical Specialist my role usually involves in all phases of the project. More specifically the planning, design, deployment, on boarding and migration phases. I usually worked with enterprise customers.
Primarily responsible for Cubic Lives Hosted Messaging services &infrastructure availability, support & maintenance which includes:
Hyper-V based virtualized infrastructure Hosted in tier3 datacenter.
Hosted Exchange server 2010 SP2, Exchange 2013 Dedicated and Hosted.
MailScanner (Anti-Spam & Anti-Virus gateway server).
MS System center Data Protection Manager for Exchange database backup.
Veeam backup and replication application for VM backup.
Linux based Cube mail server.
