 Involved in Tendering and Costing for Landscape and Automatic network Irrigation Projects for Royal Court Affairs, Muscat Municipality & Other Private Concerns.
 Manages and directs officers and supervisors for all facility under my purview
 Oversee and monitoring all Landscaping/Gardening contracts.
 Prepares budget for material and scope of work for sites assigned and sites in transition for smooth and cost effective operations.
 Make site specific standard operating procedures and train onsite Officers and Supervisors.
 Maintain all relevant documentation related to Operations, ISO and EHS.
 Monitors and resolves concerns related to salary of staff with Accounts.
 Ensure weekly rounds to assess and monitor scheduled activities.
 Access documentation and identify non-conformities if any. Rectify non compliance with a plan of Action.
 Assist Marketing / Sales personnel in identifying manpower requirement and draw material and machinery requirement for new sites.
 Accompany sales and marketing team for sales pitch. Prepare and deliver site specific presentation on basis of site survey reports.
 Identify service areas that are critical to client to quality. Prepare special Plan of Action in case of specialized requirements to incorporate hidden costs in cost sheet at the time of negotiation

Residential Villas Complying with all company policies, quality procedures, statutory regulations and project
specifications.
Preparing the material delivery schedule for various
contracts throughout the contract period and following the same.
Coordinate with consultants &local authorities.
Monitoring all workers closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specification and completed on
time.
Monthly update documents for organizational records. Monitor the total job safety as well as safety inspections.
Supervising subordinate engineers (3 landscape
engineers, 3 irrigation engineers and 2 maintenance managers)
Directly reporting to Project Director.

 Testing of soil to go with suitable plants and grass, manual and drip irrigation with all necessary set up like pumping station, underground pipe lines, sprinkler and etc.

Variety selection of the different type of soils. Regular field visits of farmers and give advice (fertilizer, pesticides, pollination technics) to
increase their yields with quality and quantity.
