•Created Dudley council’s word templates which are currently used throughout the council as standardised templates i.e. letter head, memorandum, facsimile, agenda and minutes. This involved organising and chair meeting with customers.

•Tested new hardware i.e. tablet PC, Digital web-cam and written a user manual highlighting new features and compare it to normal business laptop.
Evaluate and redesign previous e-government forms and to ensure most forms are on the live server before the 2005 deadline. The government’s independent monitoring body officially recognised and thanked the ICT services department for the hard work in meeting the government’s target.
