i am working in Mr Baker Kuwait, since 5 years, as a cost control, my duty is to prepare recipe of newly proposed items, prepare monthly variance reports, monthly inventory reports, monthly, wastage and sales reports.
i am responsible to maintain direct labor and direct material cost.

Duties and responsibilities :
• Prepare recipes with different ingredients
• Calculating, evaluating the recipes cost
• Enter, update and maintain recipes in the systems
• Prepare menus and recipes
• Prepare material variance report
• Control the food and beverage outlets in terms of wastage, damage, returns,
and order efficiency
• Minimize food and beverage cost
• Prepare variance analysis reports for food & beverage and
• communicating with relevant parties
• Physical count (Inventory) of raw material stocks
• Prepare labor productivity reports
• Cost controlling and cost management
• Cost Monitoring & cost Analysis
• Inventory control, materials management
• Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial reporting
