Call Centre Agent ( Samsung - Global Village - General Civil Aviation Authority-Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority )


•Handle all queries related to DSO about faciliteis, business set up and services.
•Assist pilots, co-pilots and engineers for there queries related to the GCAA.
•Handle all queries for Global Village related to rent and customer queries.
•Make outbound calls for Samsung customer to check the satisfaction level based on a standard set of questions.
•Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
•Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
•Keep my self-updated on company products or policy changes.
•Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
•Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated including interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
•Communicating and coordinating with colleagues in other departments as necessary.
•Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
•Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell services explaining new features.
•Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

•Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided.
•Making outbound calls to existing and new customers in pursuit of achieving Revenue target by offering new products.

•Actively enhance the company revenue earnings by providing options to customer on all products and services.
•Working closely with the sales merchandising team by arranging the appointments for the field visits for the customers.
•Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the service provided, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring the company success by maximising the market share.

•Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader on closing the end of day sales. Whenever possible create a database of all potential customers and develop a personal relationship with them by giving regular calls and informing them of new services provided.
