•Handle all queries related to DSO about faciliteis, business set up and services.
•Assist pilots, co-pilots and engineers for there queries related to the GCAA.
•Handle all queries for Global Village related to rent and customer queries.
•Make outbound calls for Samsung customer to check the satisfaction level based on a standard set of questions.
•Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
