Project : Delta Textile Upper Egypt Factory

The project consists of Textile factory including cutting hall, Warehouses, Administration building, Mosque, Soft and Hard Landscape works, in addition to the related Project Infrastructure.
Total construction area 12, 500 m² with total land area 35, 000 m²
Duties :
•Act as liaison and main point of contact between the client and consultant team to ensure that the requirements are met in the factory design.
•Act on behalf of and occasionally makes decisions for the client to be able to dedicate sufficient time to the project as required.
•Review and approve the project budget based on the client's financial resources for specific usages.
•Identify hazards early on, so they can be eliminated or reduced at the design and planning stage in terms of health and safety factory requirements.
•Lead client presentations and prepare project-oriented activities report.
•Following up all the maintenance activities & modifications work required in the main factory in the New Nasr city (Free Zone area) to ensure that all the necessary activities are completed according to the specifications, budget, within the time frame & health and safety requirements.
Project : Civil Defense Building In Al Saad & Al Geemi - Al Ain.
The total contract value is 40 M AED.
Client : Secure - Ministry Of Interior, Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.

Both projects consists of main & secondary building (1680 m² in each floor) - training tower & building services in addition to un-shaded car parking available for 60 cars.
Duties :
•Co-ordinate with housing management to lay down strategies for execution of the project.
•Ensure in all aspects the implementation of the project contract from both the client & housing contractor points of view.
•Monitor site progress, delivery of the necessary resources & equipment according to time & material schedule & propose recovery measurement in case of any.
•Overall management of the project until it is handed over.
•Prepare monthly interim payment certificate, weekly / monthly progress report, study, and evaluate all the variation orders & get it approved.
•Held and attend all regular meetings either internal or with client/consultant and distribute the role & duties to each section within the project.
Construction Manager
Project : Emirates Aluminum Smelter Complex (EMAL)
The total contract value is 20 billion Dhs.
Client & Project Management:- Joint Venture between Dubal & Mubadala Development Company.
The project is one of the most important strategic projects in UAE. It will be the largest single site smelter in the world upon completion of phase II. Emirates Aluminum project (EMAL) consist of Pot lines, Cast house, Carbon plant, warehouse, Gas treatment center (GTC), Anode baking furnace (ABF) & Power plant to produce the required energy for the smelter. EMAL Project is being built on 6 km².
Duties :
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members by identifying and resolving issues and conflicts.
• Track project milestones and deliverables by identifying project critical path, and re-schedule project timelines if necessary.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Construction Civil Engineer
Project : Central Environments Protection Facilities - Beaat Project - Takreer in Ruwais - U.A.E.
Project Management: Fichtner.
The project consists of units for waste treatment that result from oil refineries, in order to protect the environment, these are done using chemical treatment of waste through a combination with cement to produce concrete blocks that can be safely buried at different depths. Project consists of Tank farm, Heat treatment center (HTC), Incineration, Storing units, warehouses and many other units (13 units).
Duties :
• Leads and manages the onsite Construction Inspection project team staff of Office Engineers and Inspectors.
• Ensure the orderly, efficient, and timely completion of the project scope in accordance with requirements specified in the contract documents.
• Onsite activities include construction supervision, field administration, procurement, and field engineering.
• Completes the scope of work to the satisfaction of the client, while simultaneously ensuring that SNC-Lavalin HS&E, quality, financial, risk management; business and policy expectations are met.
• Construction Manager_ Landmark Center Point.
The project consists of Multi-Storey Concrete and Steel Structure Frame (total contract value is 130M AED), interior finishes for retail and external cladding finishes for facades. Total retail area of about 48, 000m2.
Duties :
• Leads project team to ensure their awareness of safety, quality & approved procedures of materials & drawings.
• Communicate with project manager continuously regarding the project progress & prepare report to investigate any problem related to scope of work with the recommended solution & advise for any variation or claims that may generate cost or time impact.
• Follow up the progress on site to be sure that the work done according to time schedule and delivery of resources & equipment as per schedule and manufacturing recommendation.
• Advise project manager of any slippage in progress and propose corrective action.
• Project Engineer_Abu Dhabi Marina Mall Extension
Marina Mall is one of the largest mall in the UAE, consists of retail shopping area about 130, 000m2, sky tower and 3500 car parking (total contract value is 300M AED).
Duties :
• Develop project schedule with team; oversee progress and approve updates and changes.
• Coordinate and prepare progress and status reports. Implement and manage company’s QA/QC plan.
• Oversee construction activities working closely with construction staff and Subcontractors.

Project consists of three floors each 3600m² with total plot land area 5600 m² ( total contract value is 13M AED). The training center includes Administration offices, Training classes, Meeting rooms, ..etc -in addition to landscape works around the building.
Duties :
• Overall management of the project until it is handed over.
• Supervise and coordinate all the activities and ensure that the task is performed to the fullest of the efficiency, delivery of the necessary resources & equipment according to time & material schedule & propose recovery measurement in case of any.
• Prepare monthly payment, weekly / monthly progress report and variation orders.
• Develop organizational structure to bring out ease and flow in the task in order to reform the work.

• Lead the construction activities and monitor Site Progress and all aspects of day-to-day management of construction projects.
• Monitor and coordinate work performed by field staff and construction firms.
• Reporting any deviation on Project schedule to PM and propose Corrective Action.

• Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contract and quality control provisions.

• Project Manager_MRI Facility Extinction Mafraq Hospital.
The project is to construct and install new MRI facility Extinction at Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi. Mafraq Hospital is situated 35kms southeast of Abu Dhabi. The hospital was built, and opened, in 1983 as the largest tertiary referral treatment hospital in the UAE.

• Coordinate and solve issues on site during construction, procurement, and engineering stage.

• Managing CCC subcontractors, division’s to execute the projects within approved time frame and budget.
