such as Planning meeting, technical meeting and Requirement & Configuration meeting.
• Recording Minutes of Meeting (MOM) of technical topics.
• Following up the actions deriving from the Weekly Consortium meeting with the
participants.
• Providing interpretation from Arabic to English for PD during meetings at National
Authority of Tunnels.
• Providing sound and swift translation from Arabic to English of important letters
received from Ministry of Transport, articles and videos in Media.
• Act point between Chairman office of National Authority of Tunnel, Egyptian Rail
Authority, embassies in organizing conferences, appointments, events or following up
important documents.
• Following the interfaces between different companies of the Consortium Orascom, Arab
Contractors and Alstom. Make sure the circulation and the signature of the letters are
made between the Parties.
• Uploading documents on Aconex or SharePoint.
• Assisting with Planning & Project Control director in preparing the monthly project
resources, populate excels of access dates. Working with the Planning team and
assisting in delivery for the project.
• Participating in periodic project schedule review meetings.
• Providing assist in preparing the Monthly Progress Report and make sure its
submission to the Client on time.
• Drafting letters, checking and editing the documents ensuring the compliance with the
Contract.
• Preparing expense report by using SAP & Concur.
• Handle the requirements of EPC staff: SIM cards, business cards, stationery, meeting
rooms, travel arrangements…etc
