From (Aprile 2007) till now, KANDIL STEEL GROUP.
As process engineer at R&D department, for pickling lines with the following Duties and Responsibilities: - Identify, design, test, and implement process improvements to meet plant production, safety cost improvement and environmental goals.
- Determine process capabilities for the various pieces production equipment in the facility.
- Identify improvements in equipment processes or inspection technologies necessary to assure satisfactory process capability and achieve cost improvements.
- Study and analysis for solving production problems.
- Prepare W.I. to Q.A to be approved and published.
From Jan 2000-2002 as Shift chemist, I was responsible for the follow up of all chemical deliveries during the production - the continuous control for the line bathes parameters and supervise the shift labors to do their job well- do the quality control tests for the final product-control and analysis the outputs of waste water stations to adjusting it to be accepted-control and analysis the steam boiler water.
From July 2002- April 2007as a Head of Chemistry department, I was responsible for the follow up of the performance of work shifts besides giving continuous instructions and recommen-dations-update our work procedures to be satisfied for my company expansions, supervise the environmental legislation applications at my company fields and to be satisfy to ISO14001 certificate- and participate with the work depart-ments team to achieve the items of ISO 9002 certificates- participate at the construction of new factory in the field of Cold Rolling-supervise big RO water station (33m3/h), waste acid(1ton/h) and waste water(7m3/h) stations- supervise 4 steam boilers(2ton/h)- supervise test of some dangerous chemicals like liquid ammonia- give a wariness seminars for the guys about waste water, air pollution and the safe method of using liquid ammonia.

Synthesis of organic nitrogenic heterocyclic compounds derived which have biological activity ,it was tested on vivo and vitro,and it was give positive effect in resisting the groath of about 9 types of micro organisms and bacteria.
