Responsible for receiving & processing employment visa, cancellations, residence permits, absconding, Visit & Transit Visa applications as assigned by the token system.
Responsible to ensure that these applications are stamped with the "NO LIABILITY & SIGNATURE VERIFIED" stamp as of date by staff at the help desk before being processed.
Responsible for verifying forms with necessary documents.
Responsible for the timely processing of the applications received & not keeping any documents pending.
Responsible to ensure that correct amount of receipt is entered into the system (taking into consideration any delay charges / penalties / fees applicable for the service).
Responsible to receive passports only for new visa stamping applications.
Responsible to give acknowledgement of the passport to the investor by stamping "received with date" on the white copy of the payment voucher.
Responsible for receiving & processing applications request for NOC's Salary certificates & other letters that fall under our jurisdiction as assigned by token system.
Responsible to forward all letters to the officer in charge for approval only after all charges for the service has been paid for by the investor.
2- Lease & License Department Supervisor 3 Years
Lease & License Renewal.
Filing of Documents pertaining to renewals.
Issuance of Memorandum & Article of Associations for FZE & FZC companies.
Preparing & Issuance of Share Certificate & Certificate of Incorporation for FZE & FZC companies.
