 Receive material’s cutting with the estimated assumption for sizes from the material controller for optimization in the material allocation & work order phases.
 Record them on system and give different assumption for sizes; based on available stock sizes or Local / international Market sizes, till reaching to the lowest waste & hence the optimum use of material.
 Send the final sizes to the material controller for reviewing & approval.
 Receive the final material approval and allocate them for the specified project on material control system.
 In case of work order; monitor & allocate free stock.
 Prepare the off-cut report and forward it to material controller to put them into consideration while allocating material.
 Develop labels for curtain walls; includes cutting size, project data and send them to factory for fabrication.
 Develop & update material list report for all requested material with the expected delivery date & send them to purchasing for updating.
 Assist the material controllers in issuing the indent.
 Receive rejections from factory / site then try to make it available from off-cut, if not issue new indent & approve it by the material controller.
 Handle glass sales orders’ processing in coordination with the material controller
 Handle & solve any optimization’s related problems during the fabrication phase.
 Review off cut with the production to assure the estimated off cut.
 Process 2 weeks report about the whole progress of technical department on the system.
 Handle any related task as assigned.
