Responsible for the maintenance of IP NGN network daily issues and troubleshoot the network malfunction on time and effectively.
Participate in the migration of IP network devices such as MSAG, DSLAM, SWITCHES, ROUTERS and GATEWAYS and to make the service available for broadband customers.
Responsible for installation and debugging of IP network devices such as routers and switches both in capital and regional sites independently and effectively.
Cooperate with other team engineers for the joint works such as transmission debugging and GSM/CDMA communication issues.

Maintain accurate and current records on repair, installation and removal of equipments; provide appropriate logging and tracking of hardware malfunctions.
Assist in the development of long range planning for few projects and computer hardware needs. Assist the manager in employee training and scheduling for whatever courses to update the company.
Perform other related duties and contribute to Afcor team work approach and communicate effectively to all Afcor personnel.
Supported the Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) which includes Software installation at NSN clients, Operating system upgrades at NSN clients, and troubleshooting and analysis of onsite support cases.
