Monitor and supervise Mechanical quality activities at all stages of projects. Assure that contractor work is in compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications & schedule Q of the project contract.

 Responsibilities Record of Construction Quality Control Supervisor:

• Supervise all Quality Control site activities and report to the Quality Control Manager.
• Supervise the team of QC inspectors ensuring conformance with the Quality plan.
• Supervise the Controlling corrective actions.
• Ensure that Inspection and Test results are recorded and logged.
• Ensuring that mandated Quality Control measures are applied on a consistent basis.
• Ensuring that QA/QC documents are properly maintained in accordance with the required project procedures.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection Check-Lists, Work Instruction etc.
• Prepare / review of quality procedures for special process.
• Ensuring that revision of QA/QC procedures are distributed, up-to-date and on file.
• Assisting in the development of new or additional QA/QC documents and / or procedures when required to do by virtue of the work or at the request of the Quality Manager.
• Facilitating audits, inspections and surveillances in the field as requested by the QA/QC Manager.
• Performing inspections as directed by the QC Manager to assure that the work is performed in accordance with approved specifications and contract requirements.
• Preparing inspection reports and reporting all items of non-conformance to the QA/QC Manager.
• Monitor on day-to-day basis and review the deviations reported.
• Coordinate with construction group, Saudi Aramco representative and / or third-party inspection agency to perform stage inspection in line with the approved Inspection and Test Plans, Inspection Check-list, etc.
• Monitoring the use of proper calibration instruments at proper location for delivering inspection activities.
