- Analysis and investigate the technical service requests and follow up till it’s resolved within agreed SLA.
- Manage, organize and prioritize daily operational work for the technical support team.
- Define the major and repeated technical issue that required fixing the issue from the root.
- Assure that business orders successful end-to-end in all backend systems.
- Provide technical support for the GSM, Non-GSM & ICT products during & after sale.
- Support the internal application & software that related to Business department.
- Manage & support the CR (change request) projects.
- Handling the technical issues for Business Unit products.
- Simulate & UAT (user acceptance test) the pre-activation support.
- Meet with Marketing, IT, Customer Care & Sales on weekly bases to minimize and fix any technical issues.
- Support the operational requests projects which are not implemented on system yet.
- First line of support for technical issues.
- Provide technical support for the GSM & Non-GSM products after sale.
