Description:
 Responsible in managing and controlling the activities of the inventory operations unit by ensuring that the strategic plans and process are within the standard procedures in improving the business performance and achieved the division and company goals.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the strategic plan and improve the service rate and Stock month at the targeted level to enhance the Parts GDI by ensuring the parts availability at all times.
2. Manage the department annual action plan and the department annual budget as per the 5 years departmental strategic plan to synchronize the strategies to improve sales revenue.
3. Direct the cost optimization program to reduce the logistics cost by minimizing the order fluctuation as much as possible to a manageable level to generate revenues by delivering know-how to downstream area.
4. Coordinate with other department heads and establish joint activities with other departments in order to promote the integration for other parties with Parts Business and support implementation of Division Hoshin.
5. Negotiate the freight costs with shipping lines/ couriers (Sea and Air) and local transporter from sea port to PDC by creating a strong communication channel with suppliers (TMC/TMS/TMAP-EM/TMAP-MS/TPCAP/TMT/TMMIN/TMP/DMC/AJT/TMHC) for better negotiation atmosphere.
6. Manage a manpower performance, development & engagement programs to transfer the Know-How to the associates (including Centers & Dealers key persons) to be engaged, self-reliant and productive.
7. Communicate and coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department for better performance in sales campaign and price revision.
8. Coordinate with Warehouse Department for a synchronized logistic operations load and responsibilities in the conduct of the annual stock taking.
9. Communicate with Suppliers on major issues concerning parts supply (i.e. supply problems, technical issues, parts recall, etc.).
10. Draw the strategies for the supply chain process to improve the service rate, stock month and stock efficiency.
11. Oversee new projects that aim to transfer the know-how to our centers and dealers and improve the department KPI’s by monitoring the implementation on a regular basis.
12. Continuous improvement of the Inventory Management Operation with ‘dynamic’ relationship with IT Department for improving the stock service rate.
13. Managing yearly scrapping activity.
14. Prepare for our department weekly & monthly KPI’s meeting internally and externally with our suppliers to check where we are reached from the national target and discuss if there is any obstacles for our associates.

Description:
 Ensure the availability of parts at minimum inventory level by managing the activities of Inventory Operations and implement Kaizen plans in improving the business performance and achieved the division and company goals.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Execute the strategic plan in the improvement of the service rate and Stock month at the targeted level to enhance the Parts GDI by ensuring the parts availability at all times.
2. Execute the department annual action plan as per the 5 years departmental strategy to synchronize the processes to improve sales revenue.
3. Monitor the cost optimization program to reduce the logistics cost by minimizing the order fluctuation as much as possible to a manageable level to generate revenues.
4. Manage procurement & suppliability of parts.
5. Liaise with Sales and Marketing Department for smooth procurement forecast of parts.
6. Implement the strategies for the supply chain process and Kaizen plan activities (i.e. stock reduction, tsumimashi, etc.) by reviewing and analyzing the stock position (micro-analysis), stock orders and seasonal stocking items on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) to improve the service rate, stock month and stock efficiency.
7. Review the new model parts stock, service rate and campaign progress to reconcile monthly stock report and other inventory control KPI reports by liaising with related departments.
8. Confirm the schedule for new model parts preparation.
9. Schedule follow-up monitor continuously according to my country situation.
10. Monitoring the new model parts actual demand and inventory control situation.
11. Monitoring the service rate and stock months for new model parts.
12. Taking care of all DG items and gets MOI approval through custom clearance Department.
13. Manage four franchises (Lexus, Daihatsu, Forklift and Tools).

Description:

 To manage the execution of recruitment projects from A to Z planning phase to candidate joining into client companies.
 To ensure all sourcing channels are maintained and sufficient flow of candidates are received.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct project research you gather information required for project planning.
2. Communicate and manage all project team members / stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment.
3. Initiate and develop communication material for recruitment marketing campaigns.
4. Execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns through various sourcing channels.
5. Manage sourcing channels to achieve highest return per channels & continuously evaluate and look for new channels.
6. Manage application receipt process, to ensure detailed and accurate database.
7. Conduct interviews to validate applications, and execute assessment as per client search briefs.
8. Plan & coordinate selection interviews logistics (travel, venue, etc.) with client.
9. Conduct job offering process & dialog with candidates.
10. Manage Iqama transfer process from paperwork collection to processing through dedicated vendors or directly through government authorities when necessary.
11. Overall candidate management & acting as a point of contact for all candidates.
12. Provide weekly update reports to management and client relationship officer.
