• Obtain material pricing and organize all the information necessary to create estimation cost.
• Use detailed spreadsheets and company-approved formulas to calculate the projected costs of proposed projects.
• Calculate correct costs for project-specific goods and services by gathering information from team members, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Review scope of work and drawings specifications to accurately determine the quantities of materials needed.
• Prepared estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work and consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates.
