Preparing all Construction field documents ( PQP, ITP, Material submittal, Method statement, Checklist, MIR, WIR & T & C Inspection report for consultant or client approval.

Responsible to for the entire inspections at site during construction follow.
1. To assist QA/QC Manager for preparation of Quality assurance plan & Quality procedures for the project as per the project specifications.
2. Preparation of inspection, test plans & Check lists for each activity per project specification.
3. Ensure Proper Implementation of QA-Plan.
4. Preparing of all testing & Commissioning formats for the project requirements.
5. Maintaining the list of equipment/instruments under calibration & checking the each & every equipment for its calibration due dates.
6.Checking the site activities are going on as per specification method statement.
7.Coordinating with client & Consultant on day today basis for technical aspects etc.,
Responsibility of installation fabrication erection & Commission of complete piping & allied works with as built drawing as per the site fabrication dimensions which comprising steam condensate, steam trap lines, high pressure lines, hot & cold water lines, hydro water lines, buffer water line, diesel supply lines, domestic water lines, compressor airline boiler(IBR- lines) & recycled water line from sophisticated E.T.P(Effluent treatment plant) & In addition thermal oxidizder line with CNG-Piping where also assigned to me.
Preparing & Submitting the paper works for all Material & Installation inspection request for all above mentioned activities along with pre & Final Testing & Commissioning inspection to finalizing the project for handover to client.
