analyse the actual progress of the project to ensure it is developing as planned by providing
regular verbal and written status reports to relevant Committees and the Project Management
Board. Had to ensure that all relevant actions and variations are preapproved and signed off,
and that project documents are archived for future reference
* Ensured effective Project Closure and Benefits Realisation through devising plans and strategies
for properly handing over, support SLAs and guiding the business teams directly overseeing the
day-to-day operations of the delivered solutions
