Managing the projects across the region.

In charge for merge and acquisitions activities.
daily follow up with projects managers in consulting activities such as (business & investment plan / operation & strategic review / business assessment / feasibility studies /due diligence...etc.) with team of colleagues according to each project nature.
In charge to follow up customers applications with government’s agents in the region (FAO/AAAID/SIDF/ADF/SAGO/SDFA...etc.).
Follow up for all activities and functions of all departments under my supervision .
In charge for all new project (evaluation & acquisition) inside and outside Saudi Arabia (France / Germany / Turkey / Egypt )
Plans new stations in Saudi Arabia.
Participation in reviewing operation, technical & quality manuals.
Attend any related conferences, forums & exhibitions inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
Budget preparation.
Plans general strategy of the company (short and long term).
Prepare annual sales forecast and budget for both local & export.
Follow up the targeted money collection.
Increase the sales level for the existing customers.
To add at least one new customer every month.
Monitoring competitors all around the world.
Scanning the market for new business opportunities.
Setting & launch the marketing planes for new products.
Attend any related conferences, forums & exhibitions inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
Daily follow up for all departments.
Enhance & develop the relationship with the customers & suppliers.
Budget preparation.
Plans general strategy of the company (short and long term).
