Executive Assistant for President & CEO in Dorchester Estates - Jeddah, Providing administrative and technical support to the President, CEO & other members of the executive management of a leading real estate firm in Jeddah.
Handle the tasks of assisting managers, executives and senior level professionals.

Update and maintain President & CEO's calendar, completely re-organized the Executive libraries, and assisted Managers with special projects/events as needed, including building renovations and office move. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for superiors, which coordinating travel as well as lodging arrangements.
Greeted visitors entering the office, determined the nature and purpose of visit, and directed them to the appropriate destination - Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; prepare, compose and ensure timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries.
Supported users in person, over the phone and using remote desktop tools.
Configured and resolved Mac & Windows clients in an Active Directory environment.
