• Guide assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring efficient delivery and meeting objectives on time and within budget.
• Monitor and control the project activities, such as procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation, and ensure they are completed within the budget, schedule, and scope.
• Support meetings with the contractor and/or stakeholders including weekly progress meetings, quality, scheduling and phasing, and other coordination or field activities as they occur.
• Monitors project budget by reviewing expenditures, payment application and document checking; administering deign and contractor contracts
• Preparation and follow-up on Punch Lists. Raising Punch items, providing clear description of the gaps and the requirement to close those gaps and assist in meeting the requirements to deliver successfully.
• Craft comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, monitor progress closely, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks proactively, implement mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed to ensure project success.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Utilize Primavera P6 or MS Project to create detailed project schedules, assign resources, and track progress, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation.
• Leading the entire Electrical and instrumentation systems functions by applying modern methods for procurement, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and documentation for power distribution panels, PLC-DCS integration, Valves & actuators, UPS & batteries, Telecom panels, marshaling panels, and field instruments.
• Troubleshooted and resolved complex valve and actuator malfunctions during commissioning, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth project handover.
• Led the installation, testing, and commissioning of 350+ actuators for SWCC in various locations, ensuring they met performance requirements within budget and schedule.
• Overseeing project activities involving determining various requirements and supervising overall project operations to ensure the timely completion of the same.
• Supporting construction departments with the overall execution of FAT, SAT, Loop Checks, Pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities ensuring project progress within the scope of the contract and securing proper documentation.
• Preparing as-built drawings, Operation and Maintenance manuals, technical documentation for instrumentation & systems requisitions, and performing technical evaluations; resolving technical queries, and addressing engineering issues with clients.
• Executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Installation Tests (SIT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and approving check sheets of various components of Integrated Process Control and Safety Systems.
• Oversaw the installation & testing of Electrical / Pneumatic Hook-Ups, Cable Routing, Laying, Segregation, Termination & Grounding Insulation Resistance & Continuity tests, OTDR Tests (FOC), Installation inspection of impulse tube, airline pneumatic, air header as per hook-up, and IFC Drawing & Inspection of pressure testing /leak test of all pneumatic lines, and impulse lines.
• Representing the company in the final walkthrough, Generation of Punch lists, and expediting timely close out.
Installation and configuration of IP CCTV systems and associated Access Control Systems.
Evaluate the signal quality and performance with computers, networks, and software.
Repair and Configuration of CCTV systems.
Provision of Training to the Customer Personnel.
Utilization of Technical Manuals from Manufacturers to Troubleshoot Systems.
Complete the Paperwork as directed by the Management.
