• Assisted Supply chain Manager in Managing & maintaining weekly, quarterly, Yearly Dash Board &Supply chain reports.

Shipping Coordinator responsible for coordinating shipments of stock, working with brand teams, internal cross functional teams and shipping suppliers to efficiently move stock to the desired locations in line with brand requirements.

Specifically,

• Manage the shipping administration process, including the up keep of accurate records, consolidation of reports, and cataloguing of all shipping data

• Prepare weekly reports on the status of incoming shipments

• Check costs from freight forwarders and clearing agents against approved rates

• Continuously track shipment progress and communicate delays, working closely with the Shipping Supervisor to address any shipment issues

• Advise merchandisers and distribution centres of incoming shipments.

• Ensure Store Availability for regular all year round items
• Review and verify orders to the suppliers and monitor store inventory for exceptions (Excess / Aging Stock )
• Evaluate stock position in the stores by assessing Out-of-stock and over-stock items by category and report or suggest action.
• Monitor supplier& warehouse ordering / delivery schedule ensuring all Pipeline Orders are valid with clear expected delivery time and escalate any non-compliance
• Provide the maintenance report for problems identified during ordering
• Reporting and publishing dashboard on Logistics Service level
• Monitoring and accountable for ensuring Accurate stock take process in store
• Secure needed approvals based on Authority Matrix
