Construction of piling, shoring, concrete sub-structure and superstructure and their internal floors and wall finishes, partitions, external finishes, doors.. etc along with other services of elevators, electrical, mechanical and HVAC operations from inception until completion (Project Cost: KD10 Millions).

• Construction of ten private large residential villas and landscaping
Activities included reinforced concrete, finishing works (Marble, partitions.. etc.) pre-cast cladding and HVAC activities along with external work from inception until completion (Project Cost: KD 11 Millions).
