The works include Construction of two identical buildings. Semi mixed use comprising 3 podium levels inclusive of ground floor retail, parking, public space and residential apartments. A further 14 typical floors of residential apartment plus a gym and roof service floor.

Roles and Responsibilities;.

 Estimating costs for all proposed variations and agree variations with the Engineer and Employer.
 Preparation and submission of interim valuations including all substantiated documentation.
 Initiate and liaise with Engineer and Employer with the value engineering proposals.
 Attending commercial meetings and Liaise with the commercial manager on all commercial matters.
 Assisting the commercial manager to prepare profile, monitor and manage budgets.
 Procurement of subcontractors: Preparing Invitation to tender, evaluation of tenders, preparing Letter of Intent (LOI), Letter of Acceptance (LOA), Instruction to proceed, preparing contract agreement and contract documents, advance payment, progress certificates and preparing sub-contractor’s final reconciliation statements and final accounts.
 Preparation of commercial dashboard, cash flows, earn values, UKF reports, risk and opportunities.
 Produce accurate monthly work in progress (WIP) estimates of accrued revenue and cost liabilities, accounts program and progress reports.
 Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs.
 Re-measure quantities from IFC / as-built drawings in accordance with contract method of measurement, Identify and agree any star rates required.
 Preparation and issue of contractual letters to sub-contractors.
 Resolving all/any contractual issues with Subcontractors and Suppliers while liaising with Project Team.
 Evaluation of supply chain quotations and proposals: Checking the purchase requests (PR) for the approval of quantities, applicable Cost code, project code, approval of purchase orders (LPO), checking allowable for commercial approvals.
 Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
