- Attend briefing sessions and discuss Brand Footprint, Selling Strategy and purpose of the brief with the Account Director or appropriate member of the Account team.
- Challenge preconceptions and propose alternative approaches or solutions where these will more effectively achieve the objectives identified in the brief
- Create appropriate concepts, either working alone or with an Art Director or the Creative Director. On approval of concept by account team and client, prepare full copy.
- Ensure approved copy is accurate on the visuals and the artwork.
- Provides writing support and expertise on a wide variety of media
- Write-ups of creative concepts and campaigns for presentation to clients and internal teams
- Headlines and body copy
- Concepts, scripts and production of television and radio advertising, short films, training and sales videos etc.
- Participate in client presentations and pitches to present creative concepts, rationales and communication strategies.

- Protecting the company brand name and image.
- Performing tasks to enhance the brand.
- improving brand perception in the market
- Attending events/ forums
- Brand research

Responsible for the following up of all orders of Panel builders and Official distributors and dealing with delays and problems.
Handling of customer complaints and issues pertaining to the orders and discounts.
In charge of producing a quarterly newsletter.

Administrative work including; collecting monthly reports, forecasts and monthly performance of partners.
