• Manage, direct, train and educate ‘Community Healthcare Educator Volunteers’ on work methodology, systems used (kobo, referrals...) and the necessary topics needed for the awareness sessions.
• Make sure CHE- Volunteers are covering the allocated areas of intervention and meeting set deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day and week-to-week tasks and goals.
• Communicate urgent issues with upper management.
• Develop PR and attain approvals from focal points, NGOs, beneficiaries, community leaders, and dispensaries in different communities.

• Collect specific data, develop and submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports through different applications and systems.

• Conduct campaigns and awareness sessions to raise awareness on specific health topics through household visits.
