Management and negotiation of inbound and intercompany freight costs.
Monitoring and management of warehouse contracts and warehouse performance

In charge in handling the biggest client of the company (TOSHIBA) in all aspect of sales & operational activities. Coordinates with pool of manpower assigned to handle the shipment. Closely coordinates with Trucking sub-contractors for timely arrival of fleet to the pick-up and delivery point. Monitor the daily transactions and relationship with all premier Carriers to obtain and secure space allocation to protect the daily unplanned urgent shipments and to negotiate with reasonable rates.

Achievements : Was able to successfully managed the transition of shipments from AOT to Panalpina. Handled 50 tons of Airfrfeight shipments from various destinations per week. Spearheading the usage and planning of using commercial airlines, Freighter flight and Charter flights simultaneouslt from Manila to Luxembourg and to its final destination in Europe and the middle East by handling Toshiba Laptops.

Due to the transfer of Toshiba plant in China, production in the Philippines was shut down and I was transferred to the customer service to handle other shipments and soon enough was given the opportunity to try being in the field to be a Sales Executive.
