• Responsible for the full scope of sales administration & management wherein I directed functions and implemented repeatable processes.
• This included working closely with all members of the team in controlling all the Client services & Order procedures - right from preparing quotes & order confirmation through to client updates, timely payments, production coordination, dispatch & after-sales support.

preventative maintenance and managing projects. Competently oversaw all activities, managed budgets,
developed plans and monitored staff performance and quality of work.
Achieved quality improvement by validating system, along with designing, and facilitating training
for employees on system usage.
